AMNI provides:

  • Growing equipment and greenhouse packages
  • AI-powered growing assistance and automation
  • A marketplace for buying and selling produce
  • Network-based compensation opportunities

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Equipment and Warranties

AMNI equipment comes with a limited warranty as described in your purchase agreement. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all packages. Equipment must be returned in original condition for full refund.

6. Marketplace Terms

When selling through the AMNI marketplace, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of your produce
  • Meet food safety and quality standards
  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable local regulations

7. Network Compensation

Earnings from network participation vary based on individual effort and production volume. See our Income Disclosure Statement for typical participant earnings. AMNI makes no guarantees of income.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Make false claims about potential earnings
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
